From your very first stitch to your first finished project, you’ll be guided every step of the way while creating cute, handmade pieces you’ll be proud of.
Services
At Fun Crafts by Gabs, I offer personalized virtual crochet lessons designed to fit your pace, your schedule, and your goals. Whether you’re just starting out or want to improve your skills, each session is tailored to help you grow confidently while creating projects you’ll love.
Lessons are $25 per hour, and you’re welcome to book as much time as you’d like for your session — whether that’s a quick one-hour lesson or a longer creative session. During your time, I’ll guide you step-by-step, answer any questions, and help you complete or start projects that match your skill level.
To ensure your spot, all lessons must be booked and paid for at least one week in advance. This allows me to prepare your lesson and give you the best experience possible.
Your Crochet Starter Kit
5.5 mm Hook
I use this 5.5mm crochet hook that I found at hobby lobby. You can get whatever kind you want I just prefer the metal ones because they work better for me.
Yarn
When it comes to yarn I prefer the brand I love this yarn that i get from hobby lobby. Any color is fine. There is also some beginner yarn which would also be helpful, any craft store worker should be able to point you in the right direction.
Scissors
Does not have to be anything fancy, as long as they cut it will get the job done.
Stitch Marker Kit
The kit pictured above is what i always get and tell all my beginner students to get. If you cannot find it then just get a pack of Stitch Markers and a pact of Tapestry Needles.
You may also need a notebook and something to write and take notes in too but that is not required.
